David Djebelli, Esq. is the principal and managing attorney of the Law Offices of David Djebelli, P.A. and The Closing Law Firm. As a South Florida native, he takes pride in serving clients he also calls neighbors. David has earned a reputation over the last 13 years as a trusted advisor and authority in all things real estate law.
David's expertise also extends to handling Lady Bird Deeds for clients wishing to avoid probate as it relates to real property, escrow disputes, and collecting on collateral for real estate investors.
David’s approach to legal practice is grounded in delivering exceptional service, and he represents all clients – buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors alike – with integrity and understanding. A master of his craft, he is also committed to offering clear, creative solutions that make often confusing real estate transactions seamless.
David is a proud, two-time cum laude graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators) and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011. When he’s not guiding clients through the complexities of real estate law or in court, he enjoys an active lifestyle, from pickleball and running to water sports. He’s also a committed dog lover.
